Information we use
When you request a session, Casten Connections collects your name, email, optional phone number and message, selected service, and requested session date and time. We use this information to manage availability, respond to your request, and maintain booking and client records. Booking status and operational records help us manage requests and calendar synchronization.
Our Google Calendar connection
The booking service connects to the operator's Google Calendar; customers do not need to connect their own calendars. The Google authorization screen may identify this integration as Lightwork Booking. It requests Calendar access to check free/busy availability and create or remove booking holds and availability events on the connected calendar.
Pending booking holds are marked private in Google Calendar. They include the service, session time, booking reference, and the contact details and message you submit. The service also stores calendar and event references to keep booking records synchronized.
An encrypted Google refresh token is stored in Cloudflare D1 so the service can maintain the operator's authorized connection without repeated sign-in.
Storage and access
Cloudflare hosts the booking service and stores booking and client records in D1. Authorized operators can access these records through the private client management system to manage sessions and follow up with you. Booking details may also be sent to the operator in booking notification emails.
Google processes calendar information, and Cloudflare processes information used to host, store, and protect the service. Cloudflare Turnstile and request limits help prevent abuse; verification uses a challenge token and your IP address.
Revoking Google access
The connected operator can revoke the service's Google access through their Google Account settings. Revocation stops future authorized calendar access; it does not automatically erase existing booking records or calendar events.
